Oaken Table Games is a small, family run and family owned game company created by John Andersen.
Oaken Table focuses on both strategy and family table top games so we have something for everyone.
At Oaken Table Games, we design our games around what’s known as the Rubber Band Effect—a design philosophy that keeps games close, gives players a chance to make a comeback, and keeps everyone involved until the very end. We don’t think it’s fun when one player runs away with the game early while everyone else feels out of it. Our goal is to create games full of big moments, shifting momentum, and exciting finishes where anyone still has a shot to win. That means more laughs, more competition, and a better experience for everyone.
